For both roles, you will aim to make sure that our guests' interactions with us are as positive as possible, so that nothing puts them off coming away to hear God speak to them. You will make decisions based on the ethos, vision and values of Oak Hall.
Communications and Bookings role: You will be our guests' first point of contact as they book an expedition with Oak Hall. You will answer their questions by telephone and e-mail, process their bookings and handle their payments. You will make sure that the office runs smoothly by ordering supplies and preparing rotas.
Assistant Expedition Planner role: You will help the Expedition Planning Co-ordinator make sure that all expeditions run smoothly by gathering, organising and presenting information. This will involve tasks such as: liaising with hotels, airlines and coach companies; producing information packs for guests and team; helping guests via phone and e-mail with their booking queries; keeping accurate accounts; researching new destinations.
