Please find below some notes about the meal arrangements.
Previous guests with dietary requirements (including vegetarians) have found the meals offered for dietary requirements to be quite basic and sometimes repetitive, so it may be worth bringing some items to supplement. Hotels haven’t generally been able to offer gluten free bread or soya milk, for example. Also, it’s worth noting that it’s unlikely that the local staff will understand dietary requirements in the way that a UK restaurant would (so they may not be able to confirm all the ingredients in a dish and may not have considered cross contamination, for example).
We pass on dietary requirements to the hotels before the group arrives. Please check though with the restaurant staff that they have received this information and that the food you are being given is suitable.
